Due to the nature of preorder products and limited production runs, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your planner arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement if necessary.

Preorder Products

Because the Gentle Faith Planner is produced in limited quantities based on preorder demand, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.
