All Gentle Faith planners are currently available as pre-orders. This means your planner is reserved for you and will be produced in our first production run.

Processing Time

Once preorders close and production is complete, orders will be prepared for shipping. Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been dispatched.

Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated to customers via email as production progresses.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may become available in the future.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
